FALL SOFTBALL

2025 SPRING SOFTBALL

Early Bird registrations will receive a $20 per player discount. The early bird savings will expire on Monday, December 2nd at 10:00 AM.

Season Dates: March 22 - May 17
Regular Season: March 22 - May 8
End of Season Tournament: May 10 - May 17 (tournament dates tentative and will be finalized in late April)

Games and Practices: Games are at Green Hills Park
Practices will take place at Green Hills Park, Harpeth Hills Church of Christ and Forest Hills UMC

Registration Deadline Friday, February 14th

Uniforms
Spring softball uniform includes Shirt, Pants, Belt and Socks

Team Sponsor
All teams are required to have a Team Sponsor. Team Sponsorships are $250 and tax deductible. Please complete THIS FORM to submit your team sponsor.

My Team Has a Conflict with our Scheduled Game ...What Do I Do?

Conflicts happen! If your team is not able to make your scheduled game and would like to swap your game time, follow these steps:

-View the division schedule at TeamLinkt.com and identify teams playing in times that may work for your team.
-Go to wnsl.org and log into your account. Once logged in, go to the Team Rosters Tab. You will be able to view coach emails.
-Reach out to the team you would like to swap with to see if that swap will work for their team.
-If yes, please have the HEAD Coach inform the league (Copy [email protected] & [email protected]) that you have made the swap and we will update the schedule online.
-If you are not able to find a swap that works for your team, please reach out to the league as soon as possible to let us know you may need to forfeit. Please do NOT cancel your game with the other coach on your own.

Background Check

Each Head Coach must complete a background check. New coaches, please Click here to complete the background check form. If you have coached in a previous season, please only complete a new form if your information has changed.
